Smitty’s gang - BY LAWS

  • SmittysGang is only asking for contributions of any size by Sponsor

  • Monthly membership will give you a free bandana that you can place on your head or wrist, keep the bandana and latest color because you will be informed where we will meet and give you free entrance to meet and party

  • The color of the bandana may change at any time; therefore, keep your latest bandana and color

  • SmittyGang will meet twice a year if not more. The mission is to donate to St. Judes Children’s Fund, where children are unfortunately stricken and trying to fight cancer. Also, we donate to attorney’s that attempt to exonerate innocent inmates that would otherwise be found innocent with DNA evidence

  • If you maintain a 2 year membership, you will be given a leather jacket with Smitty’s Gang on the back

  • We have a CEO or captain, and second in command or lieutenant. If you want to become a CEO or captain you need to first beat the lieutenant in a straight race at the Dayton Beach Raceway to be decided. If you win that, then you race the captain. If you beat the win that race, you can become the CEO or captain

  • The CEO or captain is awarded for starters. All you can drink at parties and free all expenses paid once a year on a 3 to 7 day cruise with a significant other (only 2 people). Your membership must be active.

  • Smitty’s Gang will not be held liable for any damage done to a members motorcycle or to themselves while the member is part of smitty’s gang.
